PLEASE, READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
The following General Conditions will specifically regulate the relationships between AGROTAULA S.L., calle POL.IND.SUPOI-8 C/DELS IBERS,24 12550 ALMASSORA (CASTELLÓ) SPAIN, with company tax code B12437695 (hereinafter, "AGROTAULA") and the third parties (hereinafter, "Users") that check in as users or acquire products through the online shop on the AGROTAULA’s official web (http://www.dordelicat.com", hereinafter "Shop").
2. USER’S OBLIGATIONS
2.1 The user undertakes to generally use the Shop, to acquire the Products and to make a diligent use of each one of the services from the Shop in accordance with the law, the moral, the public order and what is stipulated in these General Conditions. The user will likewise refrain from using the services in any way that may prevent, damage or deteriorate the normal running and enjoyment of the Shop by the Users, or may damage the goods and rights of AGROTAULA, its suppliers, Users or any third part at all.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
3.1 AGROTAULA reserves the right to decide, at any moment, which Products will be offered to the Users through the Shop. Particularly, AGROTAULA can add new Products at any moment to the ones offered or included in the Shop. Unless there is a new disposition, those new Products will be ruled by the dispositions written in these General Conditions. Also, AGROTAULA reserves the right to stop providing access or use at any moment and without prior notice to any of the different kinds of Products offered in the Shop.
3.2 The Products included in the Shop will correspond as reliable as possible with the really offered Products, depending on the display technology for the website. The Product’s characteristics and prices are in the Shop. The prices shown in the Shop are given in Euros and the VAT is not included, unless the contrary is indicated.
4. METHOD OF PAYMENT OF THE PRODUCTS
4.1 Within the maximum time limit of twenty-four (24) hours, AGROTAULA will send an e-mail to the User confirming the purchase. This e-mail will assign a reference code for the purchase and will give the Users the details of the Product’s characteristics, price, postage and packing, and the data of the different options to carry out the payment of the Products.
4.2 The User that acquires a Product through the Store will have to carry out the payment according to the payment systems specifically detailed in the Shop.
4.3 AGROTAULA will file the electronic documents where the contract is formalized, sending a copy to the User once the purchase has been made. The contract will be made in the Spanish language.
4.4 The order confirmation sent by AGROTAULA is not valid as an invoice, it is valid only as proof of purchase. AGROTAULA will send the corresponding invoice with the Product.
5. WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
5.1 There is a withdrawal right for the users, whereby they can get in touch with AGROTAULA on the following e-mail address: pedidos@dordelicat.com and give up the purchase within a limit time of seven (7) working days, counting from the day of reception of the Product. The Product will be sent with the return slip properly filled in and a copy of the delivery or invoice note, also properly filled in. The USERS will take care of the direct costs when returning the Product. This return will be made according to the instructions that AGROTAULA shows to the User in answer to their notification of withdrawal. The User will have to return the Product within a maximum time limit of seven (7) days from the day that AGROTAULA indicates the return method.
5.2 The withdrawal entails the refund of the amount paid. In order to do that, the customer must indicate on the return slip the credit card number and holder. AGROTAULA will carry out the refund to that credit card. The term for that refund will be the one established by the law.
5.3 The withdrawal right cannot be exercise when the Product is not returned in its original packaging or it is not in mint condition.
6. CUSTOMER SERVICE
6.1 For any incident, complaint or to exercise their rights, the User can send an e-mail to the following address: info@dordelicat.com.
7. DELIVERY SERVICE
7.1 The sales geographical sphere through the Shop is only for the European Union territory. That is why the delivery service will only be carried out in the countries in this territory. The Products purchased through the Shop will be sent to the delivery address that the User indicates once they have confirmed the payment. The maximum time limit will be thirty (30) days, which is the period established by the law.
7.2 AGROTAULA’s delivery service is carried out in collaboration with different prestigious logistic operators. Orders to post office boxes, hotels, or any other non-permanent addresses will not be sent.
7.3 The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the Product. When the User acquires the Product, they will be informed about the exact cost of shipping.
8. COPYRIGHT AND PATENT RIGHTS
8.1 The User admits that all elements from the Shop and each one of the Products, the information and material contained, the brands, the structure, selection, organization and presentation of the contents, and the computer systems used in relation to them are protected with copyright and patent rights of AGROTAULA or third parties. Furthermore, the General Conditions do not attribute the Users any other right regarding the copyright and patent rights, but the ones specifically shown in these General Conditions.
8.2 Unless it is authorised by AGROTAULA or by the third parties holders of the corresponding rights, or unless it is legally permitted, the User cannot reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, do reverse engineering, distribute, rent, lend, offer, or give public access through any kind of public communication to any of the elements referred in the prior paragraph. The User must only use the material, elements and information that they acquire from the Shop for personal needs undertaking not to do any direct or indirect commercial exploitation of the material, elements and information acquired.
8.3 The User will refrain from avoiding or manipulating any of the technical devices established by AGROTAULA or third parties in the Shop.
9. DATA PROTECTION
9.1 In accordance with Spanish Law 15/99 LOPD, we inform you that your personal data and further information asked through the registration form, and that information from the transactions as well will be included and kept in a file owned by AGROTAULA as long as their cancellation is not asked. The treatment of these data will be aimed to the sales development and implementation, the customized care of the products and services that the User may acquire, to improve this care, and to the promotion of own products and services and of third companies linked to AGROTAULA.
Also, we inform you that your data will be offered to AGROTAULA, who will use them with the highest degree of confidentiality. AGROTAULA will be the only and exclusive holder of these data and will not transfer or communicate them to third parties apart from what is indicated in the current regulations. The User only authorizes AGROTAULA to remit the commercial communications and promotional offers and contests, even through electronic communication, and only done by AGROTAULA and the mentioned entities.

9.2 The User can anytime exercise their rights to access, correction, opposition or cancellation by directing to AGROTAULA or by means of an e-mail address to info@dordelicat.com, attaching a copy or their NIF (Tax Id.) or an equivalent identity document.
9.3 The questions marked with * in the registration form must be answered. In case that they are not answered, the purchase of the chosen products may not be carried out.
10. PASSWORDS
10.1 AGROTAULA will provide the use of personal passwords to the User that logs in in the website. These passwords will be helpful to access to the services offered by the website. The User must keep the passwords under their own responsibility and with the highest degree of confidentiality. The User will therefore assume any kind of damage or consequences caused from the violation or the secret disclosure. For security reasons, the access password to the services linked to the website can be modified at any moment by the User. The User undertakes to notify XX immediately any non-authorized use of the password and the access of third parties non-authorized to it as well.
11. COOKIES
11.1 AGROTAULA uses cookies with the aim of improving the services, providing the navigation, keeping the security, verifying the User’s identity, providing the access to the personal preferences and following its use in the Shop. Cookies are files installed in the hard disk or in the folder of the browser memory preconfigured by the User’s computer operative system to identify them.
11.2 If the User does not want a cookie to install in the hard disk, they have to configure the Internet browser for not to receive them. In the same way, the User can freely destroy the cookies. In case that the User decides to deactivate the cookies, the service quality and speed can decrease. The User may even lose access to some of the services offered in the Shop.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The current general conditions are rule by the Spanish legislation. Any controversy emerged from the interpretation or implementation that may occur regarding the validity, interpretation, performance or termination of the current contract will be put to the Jurisdiction and Competence of the Courts of the Town of CASTELLON, renouncing the jurisdiction that may correspond to the User, as long as the applicable legislation permits it.
